Add the Xcode project of your framework to Framework Central. Select the Projects section of Framework Central:

Add your project using the '+' on the Projects line:

Select the target in your project corresponding to your framework - this will choose the name shown on Framework Central. The target can be for any of the platforms you support:

Click the upload button:

Select the targets to upload for the different platforms:

Now open your project in Xcode, and build the scheme 'Upload [your framework] to Framework Central':

Once built the target icons will change from grey to black showing that binaries have been registered ready for publishing on Framework Central:

Adjust the version's description:

To publish your framework click on 'Approve'. Framework Central will check everything is OK, and once that is done the 'Release' button will go from grey to black:

Click 'Release' to launch your framework.

Your framework is now available to others, but they won't know what it does, or how to use it. Set that using the 'List Item', 'Page' and 'Featured' tabs. This are explained in another FAQ.
